Dhahran, Saudi Arabia Images 1991

My time spent in Dhahran was very limited, thus, so are the number of images.  There are a few here that lend limited perspective.  

                                  We could learn something about water tower design.

 Khobar Towers in my rearview mirror.  Many people don't realize how large a facility this really  is.  Anyway, this is how it looked as I made my way to the air base to catch my C-130 to  Kuwait.  

What story taking place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would be complete without mention of the camels.  I had to make a parts run to Dhahran and we drove.  This picture was taken on the return trip to Kuwait, north of Dhahran and Jubayl, south of Khafji.
